She is a senior special educator with 10 years of experience in special education. She holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Mental Retardation from the National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH) in Kolkata and currently works as a senior special educator at DAV Public School.

He is a dedicated social worker with 25 years of experience in the disability sector. A person with a disability himself, he holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Vidyasagar University.

He is a homeopathy doctor with 45 years of experience in social work. He earned his Bachelor of Medical Science (BMS) degree from the National Institute for Hearing Handicapped (NIHH) in Kolkata and serves as a contractor for the water department in Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC).

She is a Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant (RTA) with 12 years of experience in the field. She completed her RTA certification course from Mobility India in Bangalore and is actively involved in supporting parents of children in every initiative undertaken by GRIRR.

Mr. Tirloki Singh, Member, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Calcutta University. A transporter by profession, he has been successfully running his own business for 30 years while staying actively connected with children with disabilities.

He is a physiotherapist with 7 years of experience. He earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from the National Institute for Orthopedically Handicapped (NIOH) in Kolkata. He runs his own physiotherapy clinic and continues to maintain a strong connection with children.

Our team members have been extensively trained; besides, they possess a rich experience in having helped rehabilitate a number of children.
